VCPI celebrates 15 years of caring for technology

What do VCPI and Pandora have in common? No, we don’t offer streaming music and Dan Weise is not Pandora’s CEO. However, both companies were founded in 2000. This summer, we celebrated our 15 year anniversary of providing technology solutions to the senior living market. Few people know our experience goes beyond 15 years to when we began as the internal IT team for Extendicare Health Services, Inc. (EHSI). It wasn’t until 2000 that VCPI was formed as a wholly owned subsidiary of Extendicare Inc.

Since then, we’ve taken our knowledge of the se market and its technology needs, and expanded our offerings to more than 130 clients in 48 states, 2,400 locations and more than 84,000 end users. We host more than 300 applications in our data center.

Our anniversary celebration recognized our team members who have been with VCPI since its beginning. Most joined the company when it was EHSI. Once again, we would like to thank them for their service and dedication to VCPI and our clients. If you know any of these team members, congratulate them on their continued commitment!
