In 2004 HDI introduced the Analyst of the Year Award. Each year, HDI works jointly with the local chapters to identify and award the industry's top first-level support analyst. Support analysts who are nominated at the local chapter will have an opportunity to compete with their peers locally, regionally, and globally for this prestigious award.
This year Paul Mongin and Sam Dembinski of the vcpi service desk team were nominated for their dedication to world class support of our clients, going out of their way to assist those around them, and being true team players. At an award ceremony on 12/11/2018 Paul Mongin was presented with the Analyst of the Year Award for the Milwaukee chapter of HDI! Paul will now go on to regional and national competitions. With Shawn Mueller and Dustin Deckrosh achieving this award the last two years, Paul is now the third vcpi analyst in a row to receive this incredible honor. Paul and Sam represent the passion, hard work, and dedication of our entire service desk team.
At the same event, vcpi service desk manager Zachary Koch was nominated for The HDI Manager of the Year Award. This award acknowledges and honors a service and support manager who has excelled at supporting any or all IT services within their organization. Through this award program, HDI seeks to recognize prominent professionals who most clearly demonstrate the ability to serve and advance information technology within their industry.
