To our clients and our community,
In the wake of the recent ransomware incident, and during this holiday season, we want to send a message of gratitude to our clients and the Senior Living and Post-Acute Care community.
The last few weeks have been difficult. But as we finish troubleshooting our restored clients’ systems, and continue to provide our regular hands-on service, we feel so thankful for the support we have received from our partners and clients, and for the continued opportunity to help compassionate care providers improve their residents’ lives.
We recognize this diligent restoration process has taken some time, and we are grateful for our clients’ patience, understanding and collaboration throughout this process. One of our clients said it best: “It is in tough times that our character is shown and you have shown yours to be admirable.”
We also are filled with tremendous pride in seeing how the entire vcpi team has come together during this difficult time to put our clients first above all else. As one of our clients remarked, “I wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know how much I appreciate your team with helping us get back to normal operations. They have been patient, kind, and helpful.”
We are battle-tested and stronger together.
