Chris leads our Network / Telecom Engineering team made up of expert level engineers. The Network / Telecom engineering team supports all aspects of both vcpi and client networks and voice infrastructure. This includes the vcpi Data Center and Service Desk Call Center as well as maintaining over 10,000+ client nodes.
As the Manager of IT Operations teams, Chris oversees amulti-disciplined team that supports, monitors and provides third-level escalation expertise for vcpi. The IT Operationsteam consists of a blended engineering group comprised of networking, Citrix, VMWare, Windows and application engineers that provide the initial monitoring, management and primary escalation point from vcpi's Service Desk team into engineering.
Chris joined vcpi in 2014 and brings more than 13 years of engineering experience with 8 plus years of leadership and management experience to vcpi. Prior to vcpi, Chris worked in various leadership positions including Manager of Network Operations at SC Johnson & Son and Manager of Information Technology at CC&N. Since 2002, Chris has been a member of the Board of Directors for Wisconsin Leadership Seminars, an all-volunteer, non-profit organization dedicated to youth leadership. Chris is also Cisco certified with CCNA Routing and Switching and CCNA Security certifications.
