Customer Service Week is an international celebration of the importance of customer service and the people who serve and support customers daily. The theme from October 5-9 this year was Everyday Heroes; however, we believe that at VCPI we aren’t just heroes, we’re SUPER heroes!
As our CEO Dan Weise says, “There is no better feeling in the world than to help someone.” We’re always ready to swoop in and save the day for a customer in need – that’s why we celebrated the work each and every person does daily.
We carried Everyday Heroes throughout the week with daily themes such as “Heroes Work Together,” “Heroes Go Above and Beyond” and “Heroes Have Integrity.” We followed them up with fun activities such as grilling out on the roof, best salsa contest, and prize drawings for exceptional service.
All of us here at VCPI understand the importance of customer service and the positive impact it has for all of our clients. We had a successful Customer Service Week this year, and look forward to continued extraordinary service!
