Situation: Health Services is a Cleveland, Tennessee-based skilled-nursing facility corporation. Prior to partnering with VCPI, this company operated without a single, comprehensive IT partner. Their technology needs were outsourced to various vendors, and each of their nine locations had its own servers and infrastructures, operating with a total lack of consolidation. The company also experienced downed servers and complications with data storage. VCPI was brought on board to assess the situation and provide centralized, comprehensive IT solutions to help Health Services streamline their business process.
The VCPI Solution: VCPI began work with Health Services in January of 2008, providing the initial site assessment before recommending a suite of products.
