Health Services is a Cleveland, Tennessee-based skilled-nursing facility corporation. Prior to partnering with VCPI, this company operated without a single, comprehensive IT partner. Their technology needs were outsourced to various vendors, and each of their nine locations had its own servers and infrastructures, operating with a total lack of consolidation. The company also experienced downed servers and complications with data storage.
