The Quality Assurance team provides software testing and quality audit services to VCPI. Managed by Jeanne Mavis, this group is responsible for quality assurance activities, including software testing, project quality audits, documentation reviews and continuous improvement activities. The team assists with the implementation of best practices and process improvements throughout the organization.
Jeanne Mavis has more than 16 years of experience in the software quality assurance and software development fields, working at Marshall & Swift/Boeckh, Johnson Controls and GE Healthcare. Mavis holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Lakeland College and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and a Six Sigma Black Belt Candidate at Motorola University.
