David Bartlett leads VCPI’s Accounting and Administration team. His team members handle all VCPI accounting needs, from client billing to IT equipment purchases. Bartlett’s team also handles general administration duties.  

Bartlett, a licensed CPA, has been with VCPI for nearly six years. He is responsible for all aspects of month-end close and reporting, as well as the annual budget and monthly forecasts. Bartlett also supervises billing, procurement and the accounts payable staff while establishing and monitoring company policies and procedures. Prior to VCPI, he worked at Jefferson Wells International, Inc. and American Express Tax & Business Services. Bartlett holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Drake University.
