Dan Weise is responsible for the Fiscal Strategy Team at VCPI. As Controller, he is responsible for financial planning and integrity of the company financial data, as well as reporting to VCPI shareholders.

Through a proprietary budget analysis, Weise’s team works from a strategic level to convert clients’ capital costs into fixed, predictable and scalable operating expenses, from project initiation through billing. While working hand-in-hand with VCPI’s Business Intelligence and Information Reporting, Weise’s team helps clients access and interpret their operational data by developing custom information reporting solutions. They make recommendations for efficient and effective solutions, helping clients make faster business decisions in more informative ways. 

Weise has been at VCPI since 2001. Prior to VCPI, he worked in the accounting and information technology fields with companies like Manpower, Quad/Graphics and Case New Holland, and has also worked in public accounting. Weise is a licensed CPA with nearly 20 years of experience in the accounting and IT fields. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting in 1990 from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
